CLR01 treatment increases tau release in neuronal exosomes isolated from the blood. Blood was collected from P301S-tau mice at the point of sacrifice, serum was separated, and neuronal exosomes were isolated by immunoprecipitation using an anti-mouse L1CAM antibody. Exosomes were lysed in RIPA buffer and the concentration of tau was measured by an ELISA specific for human tau. The data are presented as mean ± SD. P-values were calculated using a one-way ANOVA with post hoc Tukey test
