The densitometric quantifications of the species attributed to the APP-695 and APP-KPI variants (see Fig. 1c) are shown, with equivalent amounts of protein loaded in each lane and using vinculin as a loading control. Calculations were performed in duplicate. c Graph of the quotients obtained by dividing the values for the sAPP species (sAPPα or sAPPβ) derived from the APP-KPI variant by those derived from APP695 for each sample.
