Assessment of PI3K-mediated Nrf2 activation in SH-SY5Y and primary neurons by dot and Western blot analyses. SH-SY5Y cells and primary cortical neurons were treated with MTZ (300 μM) and MEL (100 μM) in the presence/absence of the PI3K inhibitor LY294002 and the GSK-3 inhibitor SB216763 (both at 10 μM concentration).
