α-NRXN3 (a) and β-NRXN3 (b) mRNA expressions in the middle frontal gyrus of control individuals (n = 44 individuals with rs8019381 CC genotype) and AD patients (n = 35 individuals with rs8019381 CC genotype and n = 23 individuals with CT or TT genotypes). Relative levels of each mRNA expression were obtained after normalization to GAPDH.
