Amyloid-β 1–42 (Aβ1–42) concentrations recovered from 0.1-ml and 0.5-ml aliquots of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dispensed into different tube types with or without Tween-20 pretreatment as measured by the AlzBio3 assay.
