  1. Area under the ROC for the individual biomarkers Aβ42, tau and p-tau, the IATI [21] and the ratios Aβ42/tau and Aβ42/p-tau. The values of the p(AD) obtained after logistic regression were also used to calculate the AUC. The logistic regression values were separated into four classes (0 to 3), which values were then used, just as for the PLM scale, to calculate the AUCs.
